This punch down tool enables users to insert wires and cables safely and securely. Predominantly used with LSA IDC contacts in Actassi telecom panel cable applications. A punch down tool will quite often be referred to as a crimp tool, this is due to the nature of its purpose - to join or connect two pieces of material by using compression to form a connecting bond.
