RS PRO Heatsink Transistor Spring Clip for use with TO-218, TO-220, TO-247, TO-3P

Ensure your device remains cool during operation with this RS PRO transistor spring clip. Providing a strong central pressure up to a maximum of 7.5 kg, it lets a heatsink transfer more heat to the outside environment. This clip can be used with vertically-mounted heatsinks if the transistor has no mounting tabs.

For corrosion-resistance, this zinc-plated heatsink transistor spring clip has a clear passivated finish. It's also versatile as it works with any heatsink panel or pad thickness. Use it as a single point of fixing for power transistors such as TO-218, TO-220, TO-247 and TO-3P. Two transistors can use one circular hole.

Used in electric devices, such as a computer's CPU to prevent overheating, this heatsink is a passive metallic part. It's been thoroughly tested for durability as part of the RS PRO series.
